We are growing what goes hand in hand with more projects day by day. That’s why we are looking for extra man- or girl power on a regular base! Our workshop is based in Opvelp near Leuven, but our clients are all over Belgium. We are currently a family of 13 wearing the WSOF sweater. Our precious team Dante, Nick, Jonas, Filip, Charly & Kato are creating and bringing the projects to life in our workshop. Matti & Joa are driving around the country being our main installers. Manon, Wout & Anke are designing & developing projects with a creative twist. Wannes is translating the designs from sketch to production in our workshop. Sanne is taking care of the administrative part of the business & Social Media. And Kobe (founder of WSOF ) is fascinated by developing new techniques & products, and shaping our strategy.

Your mission:

Tasks that may be possible:

  • Client contact (mail & phone) + follow up
  • Making & finetuning designs till they fit the clients needs & wishes for 100%
  • Price calculation & recalculations
  • Welcoming your clients in our showroom
  • Making our showroom an attractive place for clients
  • Interaction with workshop for your projects
  • Quality check of your projects during production in our workshop
  • Final check of your projects in our workshop before installation
  • Follow up questions/remarks/complaints after installation
  • Making order forms
  • Invoicing: from 1st invoice to final invoice
  • Placing & following up purchase orders
  • Doing price requests
  • General follow up of your projects
  • Making client & production files for our workshop
  • Helping hand in our workshop
  • Making appointments & keeping the planning up to date
  • Being our sales responsible  of our other company “Frönts by YTA”
  • Assisting in organizing team events
  • Helping with general admin tasks

Do you recognize yourself?

  • You have a degree or experience in interior design
  • You have knowledge of Vectorworks
  • You are not afraid of working flexible hours
  • Your Dutch is excellent, and you have a very good knowledge of English and French (writing and speaking)
  • Together with us you are willing to invest in our company today, to make it what it should be in the future
  • You work very structured and are open to feedback
  • You should be stress resistant as we have lots of new requests and follow ups day by day
  • You are very sociable and friendly with clients, and it’s ok for you to approach our clients the same way we do

Carpenter (m/f/x)

Your mission:

  • You will join *team workshop* where ‘a usual day’ doesn’t exist, as work changes on a daily basis
  • This includes wood & metal work in the workshop, as well as installation days at location and contact with clients
  • You will work in a team, and sometimes alone, what means you need to be able to work independently

Do you recognize yourself?

  • A degree in woodwork, or equally obtained skills, with relevant first work experience
  • Driving Licence B (or any higher is a plus)
  • No 9 to 5 mentality, as you want to work flexible hours
  • You work very structured, precise, and you are stress resistant
  • You are passioned about custom made furniture and unique interiors
  • Being very sociable and friendly with clients is important
  • You have a problem-solving way of thinking with an eye for detail
